I've been slowly learning new skills over the last few years.  Started with gardening, grew a ton of stuff last year.  This year it's smoking.  I've attempted smoking twice before without official success.  First was a salmon in a friends charcoal weber, then a whole pig in an eyeballed concrete block construction whathave.  The current device is a lowes master forge.

I look forward to reading other's posts and learning from y'all.

Welcome to the group. Experienced may be a tad over board. This smoking thing is an art and from your intro, you're not afraid to jump in and try new things. A whole pig...nice way to jump in with both feet.

Welcome Charles. Another CLT person on the forum is always a great thing. Not that everyone else isnt also great. Make sure you check out the search bar if you want to find something specific. I am relatively new to the forums but I will say you will find people from all over and they are very helpful. If you are stumped chances are someone on here has the answer. It is a great community.
