Hello Everyone,
I just purchased a new Smoke Canyon Smoker Grill. My first try today wasn't successful as I was unable to get the temperature up high enough. This smoker has a side box that I used with charcoal and mesquite. I did not use any water. I'm finding out that this is going to be trial and error, but mostly error. I had the vent open on the box so that air could get in and the vent closed on the actual smoking aparatus. Sorry, but I'm not smoker savvy yet.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me to get going here? I did keep stoking the fire and left the meat untouched so as not to disturb any heat. There was lots of smoke but no heat.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
