I sold my Masterbuilt Dual Fuel and decided to go with a Smoke Hollow. As I wanted something a little larger, the 38205GW seemed to fit what I was looking for. It arrived this morning so I inboxed it and assembled. It did have a little dent in the top of the cooking chamber, but I think it will work just fine. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to put together and it's now cooking along for the break in at 350* F. I did use some Nomex gasket around the doors, probably the only modification I'll do at this point. If any Smoke Hollow users have any other suggestions, I'm all ears.
Here she is!
Just a little dent.
Break in with some TBS!
