today is my birthday, but i cooked my birthday meal to be eaten yesterday. Momma had to werk, so i did this ALL BY MYSELF, believe it or not...........lololol
I want to thank Williamzinger for this idea/recipe............tho i made some adjustments to mine.............
here is the boneless, skinless, chickenbreast filleted with creme cheese
then i added pepperoni, pepperjack, HAM...which is my addition/change....
then i added some rub, that eric (ear-ache-my-eye) bought earlier, that he gave me half of the container of..........very similiar to Sweet Spot........
rolled
then bacon wrapped, and more deli-style ham drapped on top.......heres all four that i did
i smoked over cherry wood, that eric gave me at the gathering.......darn i like that cherry...........spritz with cherry juice........260-270 smoker temps
plated with spanish rice
MAN, was this good. i am NOT a fan of BSCB"S, because they have the tendancy to dry out like a popcorn fart.........but with the addition of the bacon, and then ham added...........WOW! ! ! ! ! ! never had a more juicy piece of chicken........thank you wz
