You're all probably getting tired of looking at all this pulled pork, but maybe just one more?
I've been out of pulled pork for a couple of months now and decided to re-stock. I rolled out Black Beauty, my mini UDS and got it fired up with Royal Oak briquettes and topped with RO lump. Added in a couple chunks of cherry and two of hickory. Everything else is old hat, just sprayed a couple of times with apple juice and Bacardi rum.
Rubbed and ready
Three hours in
All done, wrapped and rested for a couple of hours.
Pulled and defatted
And finally, my pulled pork sandwich topped with coleslaw.
