was wondering how everyone is leveling their trailer pit side to side on uneven ground.

Put a crank jack on all 4 corners. That way you can level any way as needed

The only thing I wanted added to our Class C RV was hydraulic jacks. I stop, crack open the drivers door, set the parking brake, and poke a button.
Whirrrrrrrrrr... level. No wood pile, no crawling around, no BS. Generally I get longing looks from my neighbors.
I do carry 3 pieces of aluminum channel for soft ground. If a jacks foot sinks, I raise it just enough to put the channel under and all done.

For a trailer, get the rear landing gear level side to side, then raise the tongue to level long ways.
Or use your handy dandy racers floor jack, and blocks of wood.

Guys with manual landing stabilizers often use electric cordless drills to fast action their jacks. (Watch out you don't sprain your wrist)

Once you practice a bit at home, you'll be a pro on site. ;)
