Absolutely Marvelous invention! Why didn't I think of that?!?!?!? I have used one of those hand held pipe threaders before and they have massive torque and would be absolutely perfect for this application!
That is an interesting way to drive a stuffer. How much does a pipe threader continue to "coast" or rotate after the power is switched off? When the stuffer piston approaches the bottom of the cylinder, do you do anything to prevent over torqueing the stuffer's gear drive?
