Good day forum!

Regards all the way from Chile!

I have a small deli that specializes in Rotisserie Chicken. I am thinking about adding a smoked Chicken option.

The Masterbuilt electrical smoker is available here, but before buying i wanted to ask the pro's!

How many spatchcock chickens will fit in the biggest MB smoker?

And how long would it take to cook them all?

I have read a lot of issues regarding the MB. Would you trust it for commercial use? I really like the size and energy consumption, but if its going to crap out every week its no good.

I'm not so sure a MES would stand up to commercial use for very long.
