I'm new to all this and love these forums! I have an MES 30 and have been smoking for a little over a month. I've done pork butt, brisket, tri-trip and chicken to date. I just can't get enough! Looking forward to trying out more of the tricks I've picked up here. Not sure my San Diego neighbors quite know what to with all the smoking that's going on!!
