I’m from Owensboro, but I live right across the river in Rockport IN, try not to hold that against me. That’s some great looking Q. I hear you about the wind. The last couple times I was smoking the wind was killing my temps and it took forever. I just built a UDS. I’m hoping it does better in the wind.
