Man Saint I can't remember the last time I've had a good taco - since I've never had a real good one. Closest thing around here is a dumpy KFC/Taco bell combo or something frozen from the grocer. Your taco's look most excellent!!!

Yeah it's kinda embarrassing. Closest thing to a real taco I've had was a shrimp burrito I made a year or so ago that wasn't bad(we thought), but it wasn't great. Sorry for the hi-jack Saint.
