Just a quick hello to introduce myself. I live in Zimbabwe, from the US originally, (a long story for another chat). I own an XL Big Green egg, weber kettle, weber Gas braai.. I have been smoking meats for a while and the requests from friends and family have become too much, even for my BGE. I have decided to undertake the building of an offset reverse smoker. Couldn't find any used propane tanks, but luckily have managed to find an old 107 gallon, non galvanized, pressure tank (free of charge to boot).
