Wanted to introduce my self here and say hello from Cartersville, GA. I have been reading on here the past couple of weeks and love all the info & tips.
My smoker is a "Smoky Mountain Series" charcoal fired smoker and was my bargain of the year - it cost me nothing other than the labor to clean it up and a couple cans of paint.
So far she has smoked pork chops, sausage, ribs, chicken, and ham. All excellent results as seen here from 4/11/09 http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...3&l=92fd5e9e08
