Ben smoking meat for 8 to 10 years now and just last Friday moved from Masterbuilt electric smoker to Kamado Joe Classic. Cooked all last weekend on it trying to figure things out and everything from buffalo wings to smoked salmon came out fine. Looking forward to all the years of great knowledge from the kind folks on this forum.Hope everyone has a great day!
