Sorry i don't have any pictures What i did was smoke em for 2hrs at about 300-325 degrees. Then foil em for another 2hrs. They were great! Really awesome! I would like to work on seasoning next maybe marinade of some kind. I've never done this cut of meat so i didn't know what to expect. Last edited: May 24, 2015
