First Smoked Meatloaf

Well I told the hubby I was going to make meatloaf for supper and he said put it in the smoker. He would eat smoked meat every meal if he could. I used the recipe that I always use on the back of the Lipton onion soup mix box . I use 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound ground pork. I have to admit it turned out pretty good. Thanks for looking.

Man that looks good and congrats on your first meatloaf. Yourhusband will do good here if he could eat smoked food all the time. Now we will work on you.

Ummmm probably a dumb question, but to smoke a meatloaf. Do you leave it in a pan , or place it right on the rack? Also what kind of wood did you use??
 
Nice, real nice! Next time add some picante sauce to it. (Idea given to me by Flash best I can remember) It kicks it up a notch!
