I have a big pile of pecan and the guys trimming the trees around the power lines have left lots of oak by the road..

Which I will prolly be getting some of this weekend..

And seeings how my kids might send me a text for fathers day..

I needed a present...

A five ton electric log splitter..

Seems to work dandy..

Makes chunks for the WSM easily..

We were supposed to get a direct hit from a Derecho last night  that wasn't as severe as forecasted....was expecting a new supply of maple, mulberry and oak....maybe next big storm.  LOL

Awesome father's day present.  I got a new knife set.  But now that I know you are on the panhandle where would that be?  I might need to come use your log splitter!

Hmmmmm, nice toy....watch those digits and toes, I know you guys in Florida rarely wear shoes
I get hollered at about barefoot a lot..

Now that I am Type 2, I try to wear shoes fairly regular...

I am gonna have to query Daveomak about the safety switch..it takes two hands to operate..kinda awkward..
