There has been an update to the Thanksgiving day throw-down. The judges choice award has been added into the prize packages. Thanks to the generosity of Steve H and jcam222 . The winner of the judges choice will take home a 12" Lodge cast iron pan w/silicone grip along with a sampler pack of Jeff's famous hot sauces. One more chance to win folks lets get crack'in.

No smoking this Thanksgiving for me. Flying to Amsterdam on Thursday and there is no smoking on flights. I do have an Eagle (turkey) and a Seahawk (turkey) to smoke the two Sundays after I get home.
