Did not plan on posting but as it was coming together I could tell was going to be good so thought I would share. Gave corned beef a good rinse and soaked in water for 6 hours. Put into a pan and poured in a bottle of Guinness. Mustard glaze on top and covered with foil. Baked at 325 for 3 hours than 30 minutes uncovered. Potatoes and carrots coated with a butter horseradish sauce and into oven for 1:30. Cabbage steamed and than butter and seasoning. Not pictured but made a horseradish cream sauce also.

That's a different take on a Corned Beef and Cabbage. But looks good

Nice Brian, I love corned beef and cabbage. I don't care for cabbage cooked
But there has to be cabbage cooked in the pot with the corned beef meal to taste right
