Gonna blame this one on @SmokingUPnorth……
while browsing the bargain bin at Kroger last week came across of a couple of steaks and figured i’d find something to do with them. Working 6 days a week Sunday is usually my laundry and house duties day. Threw the steaks in the SV vac sealed with a little salt and pepper for a warm bath for a couple hours while I did housework.
out of the SV and into the CI with a little butter….
next house I get will have a super exhaust vent…searing will smoke up the house.
plated with some roasted veggies.
