After two weeks of work up in Wyoming I finally made it back home Monday evening. After changing time zones I layed around all day Tuesday and decided I was gonna do a little smoke on Wednesday. Nothing special, nothing fancy, got up and went down to Walley World to check on the meat. NADA nothing, went to Winn Dixie and picked up a little chuck roast and some sausage for a fatty. Turned out pretty fare. here's a few pic's.
I only got one piece of the fatty my youngest son showed up and ate the whole thing
The fatty was stuffed with reasted pablano and monteray jack, I think it turned out pretty good even though I only got one slice. The roast was pretty fare, I took it off @ 160 and sliced it. It hit a plateau @ 150 and stayed there for almost 2 hrs. It was close to supper time so I pulled and wrapped it and put in an ice chest while my wife fixed bake potatoes and avacodoand tomatoe saled. All in all not to bad for a short smoke.
