Put chicken pieces in the smoker this afternoon. Seasoned up with our favourite rub. I remembered to put some seasoning under the skin. Put some potatoes in smoker and let for about 2 1/2 hours at 250F.

At the 2 hr mark, I lit the charcoal grill. Finished all on the grill on indirect. I put the chicken on direct for about 2 minutes per side to add flavour. Tasty all around. Really liked having the seasoning under the skin.
