Can't add much to what all of the above have already said, and there is no question they are right. That sausage sure looks tasty!! I did notice in your last picture, however, under your smoker. Do you use that for a marinade or a sauce? ;)
Now it looks like you have the hook up there now. I don't see how you are venting that sausage and bacon smoker thou. It all looks awesome thou. keep it up.
The vent is at the top, adjustable it just vents into the garage. We dont park in the garage and this spring/summer its (hopefully) going to be made into a butcher/smoke shop.
