Living so close to Fall River it never occurred to me until today to use sazon as a spice/rub base for smoking.Tonight will be a first.

The brisket is injected with nothing more than low sodium beef broth as sazon is super salty. The outside is nothing more then one packet of sazon for both sides. Will certainly post after smoke pics too.

Will be going in the MES smoked with PB charcoal blend pellet dust.

Interesting . Be watching .

Pretty cold tonite, already have the MES going.Looking to get it on by midnite.

Sazon sounds like something from Star Trek! That or way to many beers.

We use Sazon on a lot of things, but never thought to use it on brisket!
Will be interested to see how this comes out!

Sliced and eating.Truly tender and well done but a little to salty for me though the other half really liked it.
