8.5 pound butt and used several kinds of wood. Oak, red and white, touch of walnut, apple, plum and madrone, the pork seemed to stall and actually lower in temp at 185 for a couple hours so I pulled it, pulled good tho , took 12 hours

It definitely was tasty. Still have left overs. It was a bit windy yesterday so I think that’s what prolonged the cook and mad it have a high temp stall. Chicken took 1 hour 45 minutes. Be cool to see two butts in this cooker. And happy Father’s Day to any dads seeing this post
