I am planning a BBQ Benefit for a family member who has been in hospital for over a month and was wanting ideas on what would be best way to procede as I have never cooked bbq for a crowd larger than 20 before. I have made bbq many times using Boston Butt and I have had other peoples bbq that used ham but have also heard of people using both and mixing them together. Any ideas or suggestion as I am looking to feed between 300 - 400 people.
