Like the title says, I've been lurking long enough on here that I know I better hit roll call before I post anything.
I'm out here in S. California and I figured it's time to make an account now that my charbroil analog bit the dust and just got replaced with a Smokin It Model 3 wifi. The charbroil served its purpose but was never repeatable, the dog kind of did me a favor by knocking it over and busting it.
I've been smoking for about a year but I'm hoping to get more serious about it now that I have a smoker that I should be able to duplicate results on better. I've done a few smokes on it so far, it's been a little light on the smoke flavor but we're working on it. Got a pork butt on it right now 225° and started it last night at 8:00 p.m. IT sitting at 180 14 hours later.
