Looks good! So what temp did your lang run at while smoking? I'd love to come visit chat and talk with ya again but unfortunately I've been too busy harvesting to do so.

Kept the lang about 230f +/- 10F but that happens ... ran maple that I dried on the fire box top rotating 4 peices...

Those are some fine looking ribs, and the butt looks delicious!
I don’t even buy meat anymore unless it’s something on sale.
I’m working off what I have in the freezers.
Unfortunatly, no beef ribs, but I do have a butt in there somewhere!
