Took this to daughters yesterday for dinner.

Recipe is from the pantry mama site. Total time start to finish 18 hours.
mixed Saturday/bake Sunday.

Made the dough to the recipe. Then into the fridge covered.

Sunday remove from banneton and score the top.

I'm using an oval enamelware pot.

This will be a cold bake. Cold oven and pot. Bake at 450 for 35 mins with lid on then 25 with lid off. IT of bread 210.

Cool for 3 hours.
