This is what bacon wrapped onion ring look like on a Masterbuilt propane smoker. Got to watch about drippings catching on fire. I kept then in the center of grate so most of the dripping went into the drip pan. I also covered fire pane with heavy duty foil. I also put 3 tenderloins under the bacon rings (bottom rack)so the bacon dripped down on the loins for 3 hours. I than wrapped the loin and continued another hour. Was a great meal
