Well , as usual , my luck is not helping me today... I wanted a Steak on the Grill and 'no propane' , so plan 'B' . on to the Griddle ... I got it set on 400*F , but you can't really know without a Surface therm. ( which I don't have ) , but when I hear it sizzle , I'll be happy...
