Another Pork Butt today

This turned out to be the best one that I ever did - probably have done a dozen or so anywhere between 5 - 6 hours each and they were OK.  This one went 15 hours and it all just fell apart, very moist!

Ok ... I literally am going to be eating this "Q" tomorrow

It is finally at 205deg after 13 hours and still needs to rest. I have double wrapped it in Heavy Duty foil and will break into it tomorrow

That looks good.

Be sure to pull it before it gets cold.   Its a bear to pull when its cold.

Oh, Its going to be pulled cold.. or warmed up

I get up at 4:45am for work and am on my way to bed ... I may pull it cold or toss it in the oven for a reheat before I crack open the double wrapped foil.

What would you guys do?

I would wrap i towels and in the oven, turned off or in a cooler.

Its already in foil.  Then pull before going to work.  Should still be warm.

I'd pull it while still warm, it is easier to pull, and you'll be able to discern any hunks of fat or etc that you'd rather trash.
And then put the PP in fridge, it'll reach safe cold temp faster and not warm up your fridge.
