Good Morning,
Yesterday (12-20-09), I smoked my first rack of pork spare ribs along with 5 lbs. of bologna, 12 ABT's, Baked Beans & 2 large stuffed mushrooms. I smoked the ribs for about 7 hours and the bologna for about 4-1/2. This is only my 2nd smoke ever and my 1st smoke in my new GOSM and I feel it turned out pretty dang good. The ribs were amazing!!! I used a rub recipe I found here in SMF called "The Best Rib Rub Recipe" and it was great. I think I will add some brown sugar to it next time tho.
