    Cold Smoke on the Smokepro STX

    I’ve tried medium cheddar twice now. Most recently was about 3 hours over the amazen pellet smoker. Still a little harsh. Next time will be 2 hours. Hoping for improved taste.

    New to forum

    So, first attempt at smoking was last weekend. Chicken done with apple wood chips.Turned out pretty good for a first attempt. It may have been slightly over smoked but like I said, not too bad. We'll see what happens this weekend!
