Long time lurker to the site, 'bout danged time I registered. 10+years doing low and slow and need to broaden my menu to some innovative foods and techniques. This is the idea nursery on these forums. I'm a Bullet boy and a fan of the WSM.

Hey WCW, What'ya know another Windy City person who joined today!  I am in the South Suburbs and just joined today as well.  I have recently upgraded from a Bradley Smoker to a GOSM propane smoker.  I live in a condo so charcoal is not allowed...
