I have notice in the last year or so that chicken is'nt what it used to be...what is going on here ? The texture is almost rubbery..The taste does'nt have quality that i remember. I had stopped buying the frozen chicken breats that came in the 5 and 10 lb bags a while ago and thats where i first noticed this strange rubbery thing going on...Now it seems its even in the fresh breast meat with bone in that i get in the meat case at the grocery store..I have lost trust in whats going on here with chicken ...Is it steroids or hormones they are feeding us here ?? I used to love chicken.. Anyone have the same thoughts or answers ?
