What to do with 2 hog hams?

  1. I have a hog that i killed and i don't make "hams" so what would be hind quarters be good for?
    If i smoked them like a Boston butt would it be the same?

    Hind quarters are a little light on intramuscular fat...  You could make sausage by adding fat...   Dave  
     
  3. Ok I do have a lot of back fat i the freezer so i could do that and save the picnics and the butts for bulled pork
