I cooked a corned beef point Sunday... Sliced it.... Diced it (and some onion) Threw it all (and some potatos) on the griddle on the gasser - just didn't feel like cooking in the house... After about 15 - 20 minutes we had this... I got a much better meat to potato ratio going this time around... I am looking forward to breakfast tomorrrow.... For tonight's dinner, I sliced up some of the cheese I smoked Sunday - pretty nice... Thanks for looking!
