Hello all,

Living in NW Arkansas, I have enjoyed BBQ all my life but never really got into smoking foods on my own. Lately, I've been watching a lot of BBQ Pitmasters and have to say my mouth waters during the shows. Today, I went out and got myself a MES 40 to start my trials of smoking. I ran it through the 3 hour seasoning and am going to attempt to smoke some ribs tomorrow.

Looking forward to talking with you all and learning as much as I can about smoking some great foods!

Thanks,
Bodie
