Thanksgiving Turkey

  1. It's a little late but here's my turkey I smoked for thanksgiving.  Brined it for 18 hours and smoked it 7.5 hours.  Turned out great!

    Looks like a great success!  Would love to see some pix of the cuts and the smoke ring!  Congrats!

  6. Thanks guys.  Unfortunately I didn't get any pics.  After I smoked it I had to run in it over to the in-laws house and things just got busy over there.  Brining and smoking turkey is the only way to do it in my mind.

    your right. Brining and smoking is the only way to cook a turkey!
