Keeping it simple with some McCormick's sweet & smoky rub I found at WalMart, plus a little extra. Applied rub around 8 this morning, just put them in the smoker now.
Woo! Think I'm getting closer to perfecting my sparerib methods after this one haha! Pulled just under the hour mark, on the 2-1-1 method. Decided I really liked the color & my tongs were already tearing through them pretty easily. Literally cut them up with a plastic knife I was using on the potatoes. Can't get much better than that!
