South Carolina Pulled Pork

    Hello, saw an awesome recipe for South Carolina Pulled pork and decided to give it a try. turned out really good with the dry rub of dry mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika.

    the final step below was to make a no cook mustard sauce with half cup of yellow mustard, brown sugar, white vinegar, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. turned out awesome!!!!

     It does look good!  I  tried a mustard sauce once and it was good. Need to again.

    Thank goodness I brought a Tri tip sandwich for lunch from my smoke last night!! I'd be trying to eat those off the screen!

    Ups that is a good looking plate of food right there. Never thought of trying pickles on my PP sandwich before. Im going to have to give it a try. Thanks for the Q-view.Craig
