Hey all, I live in Indy and I've been reading and watching the website for almost 2 years. Started smoking because my wife wanted to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving 2 years ago. I quickly found out I liked cooking that way. I have done a few things since, but the best was probably the 3 briskets I did for my daughters high school graduation party. I have a stand up Master Forge smoker. Seems to work well for an amateur like me, I do need to at least get the insulating tape on the door like some have recommended. I have learned a lot from this site and home to learn much more.
