Showin' my butt

    7.25 lb. Boston butt. Seven hours at 250* and smoke from the AMNPS using 'Cookinpellets' Hickory flavor. One more hour at 350* to develop that 'burnt' appearance.  Final IT was 190*.

    When my wife started pulling it, it just fell apart in her hands. This is the best one I've done yet.

    As Janet was pulling it, she was separating out the burnt ends. I'm gonna' make a sammich outa' that here in a little bit!

    ​No treatment of any description. Out of the package and into the box. Just time, smoke and the proper application of heat.
