Hello everyone. I found this website today while looking for a recipe for smoked butt. I am so glad I found this message board. My lovely wife bought me a Smoky Mountain Series model 3405GW propane smoker for Christmas. I have been wanting to get into smoking different meats for the past few years, but I didn't have a smoker. Living in Birmingham, AL I am surrounded by all kinds of awesome Q joints and I want to be able to make my own at home. I am looking forward to learning from all of the members here and I appreciate the people who make this site happen. The amount of information here is staggering. Hopefully, I will be posting some very nice pictures very soon.
