Hello. I think I posted this in the wrong thread. Sorry. I am from Colorado and have started smoking meat around 3 years ago. Im a huge fan of brisket. I am middle school teacher. I love my job!!! Nothing beats Raider football and smoked meat on Sunday!!! One of my favorite things to eat in the whole world. It took me about 1 1/2 years to smoke a brisket the way I wanted to. I love to smoke beef, pork and recently trying to find a way to smoke sausage. (need some pointers there.) I would love to start competing in Smoking challenges within the next year. I found out how much of a hobby of mine that smoking is. I am really excited to learn new tips and how to improve my bbq to the competitive level.
