ribs and sausage?

  1. I have a MES 30". I'm cooking ribs right now, but thought about throwing in some Italian sausage for the last three hours. Will the sausage effect the flavor of the ribs? I don't want to mess up the primary goal...the ribs. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  7. They were awesome....threw them on grill right at end to cook off grease. Everything turned out perfect. Thanks!
