I'm heading to a wedding in S.Carolina in two weeks and have been asked to partially cater the reception. I'm Q'g now and will freeze until it's time to serve. I've never reheated butts or ribs so am wondering what you guys have found to be successful? I imagine it's in the oven, wrapped in foil, but beyond that, I'm lost. Thanks (by the way, have 25lbs of spares on the grill now-working from home! HA, yea right)
