Prime Rib for the first time.

  1. Took off smoker at 135 cooked 3 hours at 300 in my new ceramic cooker.


    only let it smoke for about 1 hour using peach wood then wrapped.


    Veggies were cooked in a metal pan under the roast to make a great Auju.
