Pork cushion

    What can be done with it? Was in Cash and Carry the other day and noticed it was priced pretty damn low...

    I saw it for the first time the other day also

    I believe some use it for grinding there own sausage but someone will be along shortly that actually knows

    The Cushion is a large muscle off the front leg. It can be smoked and pulled but can be a little dry because it is so lean. Mom roasted and sliced cushion meat. It is pretty versatile, guys that like leaner sausage grind them. Anything less than $1.50 per pound is a good price...JJ
